Pedigree

Derringer is registered and sire-verified with the AKGA. She would be a great goat to use in a breed up or embryo recipient program. In years when you aren't implanting embryos, you can breed her to a Kiko Buck and have a three-quarter crossbred goat! Always earning their keep.

Her mother, Melonee, was one of the first goats born on our farm, daughter of Big Momma, a commercial Boer. Melonee has been used as an embryo recipient three times and raised great kids from her solid milk production. We have also bred up in our herd from Melonee offspring, from Melisande, to Sweet Melissa to Ambrosia-- all three still on the farm!
